Job Description
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to address inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Offerings and provide accurate information to customers, including product features, pricing, availability, and usage guidelines.
- Responsible for managing customer accounts, updating information and handling account-related queries or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in any field.Preferable to have a minimum of 1 years experience in Customer Service-related areas.Working experience in the call centre or automotive preferred.A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques.Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.Job Type
