Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment : Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all IT positions, including :
Sourcing & Screening : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Assessment : Conduct thorough candidate screening, including phone screens, video interviews, and skills assessments.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding : Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Strategic Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand business goals, define job requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Analytics : Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and prepare reports on hiring progress.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment processes, optimizing ATS usage, and implementing best practices across the team.
