Credit and Collection Administrator (1 year contract)

About the role
The Credit and Collection Administrator will support the Collection Department by handling repayment distributions, reconciling financing notes and bank accounts, issuing repayment reminders, negotiating payments, setting up direct debits, preparing finance agreements, statements of accounts, settlement statements, transfer instructions to trustees, robot recording analysis and compiling monthly reports.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliation
- Handle pairing and payment distribution
- Respond to incoming repayment emails and accommodate stakeholder requests
- Manage repayment matters : reminders, cheque arrangements, direct debit set‑up, finance agreements, statements of accounts, transfer instructions, robot recording analysis and monthly reporting
- Handle special or ad‑hoc projects and identify process improvement opportunities
- Support team members through backup plans and on‑ad‑hoc requests
- Maintain up‑to‑date standard work documents
