Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior personnel and under the directive of experienced personnel, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to understand the company’s business operations and procedures.
• Performing assigned projects and responsibilities throughout various business units and departments including finance, data solutions & information technology, human resource management and regulatory affairs.
• Will be required to prepare and deliver presentations.
• Undertake and perform delegated day-to-day duties.
• Participate in trainee development meetings and other learning opportunities.
• Sit in and observe other meetings proceedings; share ideas, opinions, and thoughts.
• Take detailed notes and liaise amicably with managers, executives, and other senior employees.
• Prepare and articulate various documents and reports, and update records.
• Travel to different offices, branches or subsidiaries and participate in daily operations as assigned.
