Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to site personnel
- Compile and prepare daily reports, minutes of meetings, and other documentation
- Verify and match delivery orders (D / O)
- Liaise with the main office for procurement of necessary materials
- Ensure proper preservation and site recordings with an organized filing system
- Manage office supplies and handle site correspondence
