Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive located in PJ, Selangor. The Operation Executive will be responsible to communicate with management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of products to ensure product quality. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

• Identify new manufacturer and develop according to the customer’s request
• Liaise with suppliers for quality-related issues and conduct supplier audit
• Record and analyze vendor performance reports from incoming and complaints from customers
• Handle complaints received from customers on quality issues
• Make the selection and qualify the suitable vendor for contract manufacturers
• Required to travel overseas to supervise and monitor product quality during the manufacturing process
• Conduct sensory evaluation and product evaluation for new products and existing products when there is a change of formula / ingredients
• Gather supplier quotations and select the suitable laboratory service for laboratory testing
• Provide production report to management after each production cycle
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent technical skills
• Analytical skills
• Preferably with Food or Health Supplement Production / Manufacturing Line background.
