Responsibilities

  • 全面管控營運程序、制度的執行及管理績效。
  • 監督服務費、門牌費、地稅、保險費、水費等帳單的收取。
  • 管理階層不時指派的任何其他工作職能。

Qualifications

  • 最低學歷要求為物業管理 / 建築或其他相關領域的學位，且成績優異。
  • 熟悉分層管理法（2013）以及與物業管理相關的所有其他法案 / 法規
  • 至少2年相同相關領域的工作經驗
  • 良好的溝通能力。
