Assembly Supervisor

We are newly setting up a factory in Seberang Jaya in Penang out from our HQ in China, we always believe products quality is always an essential factor for the customer satisfaction. This will be a great chance for candidate who is technically capable in quality assurance. This position will requires a hands-on individual with a positive minded attitude.

Job Description

Perform production activities based on work instruction provided by Engineering team.

Assembling mechanical and / or electrical components to build complex systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.

3.Ensure quality, accuracy and timely readiness of goods produced.

4.Testing and troubleshooting systems to detect and solve technical problems.

Conducting visual inspections of components and completed systems to ensure quality standards are met.

Obtain and verify kitted (pre-picket) detail parts and assemblies were issued correctly by comparing part numbers and quantities to drawing.

Maintaining accurate records of production data, testing results, and other reports related to the assembly process.

Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and production to ensure efficient assembly processes

9.Making recommendations for improvements to the assembly process to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

10.Ensure tool and equipment traceability and accountable for its looses.

11.Solve and resolve issues & feedback problems and solutions.

12.Following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

• Keeping tools and work areas clean and organized.

14.Cooperate with the company's overtime responsibilities according to the needs.

15.Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by superiors from time to time.
