Role Summary
We are seeking a highly‑qualified Staff Technical Project Lead to take responsibility for the Development Life Cycle for Automotive / Non‑Automotive Industry. In this role, you will develop and support product development activities for new product / package / technology.
Responsibilities
- Define, plan and execute Product Development programs (Automotive and Non‑Automotive) according to Business Creation Process (BCP) and APQP.
- Lead product development tasks from early concept / prototyping through design & development to product release (MPR).
- Support Worldwide R&D, TSM, and Product Marketing in the execution of new / customized product and technology roadmap.
- Lead a cross‑functional team (local / overseas) of engineers and technicians, including Material, Design, Product Lines, Finance, SCM, PMO, Quality, and Reliability to achieve timely and robust product release.
- Work closely with in‑house and external product lines to ramp new products to high volume after product release (MPR), yield stabilization and improvement.
- Utilize manufacturing process development experience (Automotive Standard) – parameters of significance, typical document types, industrial engineering fundamentals, etc.
- Ensure compliance with environment, security, health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Science with minimum seven years of engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, preferably in LED industry.Demonstrated capability of Product Development program according to Automotive product development process / methodology (Business Creation Process, APQP).Strong hands‑on experience with Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, Process Flow, Control Plan, and Failure Mode Effect & Analysis.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.Field of Study : Electronics, Optics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 7 years of experience.Equal Opportunity Employer
