To oversee and manage residential fully and semi-furnished installation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role will coordinate with property developers project team, vendors, contractors, logistic, and internal teams to achieve successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project timelines and monitor progress to ensure execution aligns with overall deadlines.
- Supervise site activities for installation and fit-out works, ensuring quality control, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Liaise with property developers to align on project requirements, progress updates, and handover readiness.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain adequate Public Liability Insurance coverage prior to project commencement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company risk management standards. Maintain all documentation for audit and reporting purposes. Ensure all vendors comply with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide progress reports and project updates to the General Manager on a regular basis.
- Travel to different project sites across Malaysia as required.
