Commercial Finance Manager / Senior Manager

About our client Our client is one of the leading Multinational FMCG company across the industry. Currently, they are looking for a high caliber Commercial Finance talent to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage variable costs reporting and forecasting : partnering with Site Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales operations etc

Support strategic planning, finances projections, quarterly financial forecasts.

Assist and manage the Commercial & Supply Chain P&L and Balance Sheet during monthly close.

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis on COGS, FOH and Logistics cost.

Analyze market trends due to external factors and internal factors such as volume and mix by market.

Lead the modelling of business scenarios, develop performance reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and drive efforts to reduce supply chain costs.

Develop processes to streamline the accounting for warehousing expense and balance sheet management.

Review contracts for commitment and contingency disclosure purposes.

Support Head of Finance and other senior operational leaders, in addition to being actively involved in CAPEX or any other ad hoc matters.

Key Requirements

Min degree in Accounting and Finance or ACCA / CPA / MIA.

Min 10 years of working experience of Commercial Finance experience.

Experience in Manufacturing or Consumer Industry.

Strong understanding of financial trends both within the industry and general market patterns.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good business acumen.

Experience with Oracle or SAP.
