Regional Finance Controlling Manager

Overview

Regional Finance Controlling Manager – The ideal candidate will be responsible for overviewing accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective coordination of audit processes. This role requires a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

Lead the month end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Ensure all financial practices adhere to statutory requirements and internal policies. Maintain robust internal controls. Act as an approver in procurement processes and ensure compliance with SOX controls. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and local legal regulations, with support from external consultants. Oversee timely tax filings and compliance with local tax laws, in coordination with tax advisors. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements. Familiarity with audit and tax regulations and compliance requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
