We're hiring : Sales Manager
About the Company :
Join a well-established Japanese automotive parts manufacturer and OEM supplier specializing in drivetrain and spring components for the automotive and motorcycle industries, covering a range of products including clutch covers, clutch discs, torque converters, and various types of vehicle and motorcycle springs.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing customers (regular meetings, acquiring new projects, follow-up on existing items, etc.)
- Develop new business with potential clients
- Formulate and execute sales strategies, including numerical analysis
- Overall management of the Sales Department
- Train, guide, set targets, and monitor progress for a team of 5–6 subordinates
- Domestic and overseas business trips (currently about once every six months, with potential for increased frequency in the future)
