Responsibilities (Accounts)
- Handle online banking & e-transactions, UBS accounting software
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Perform monthly closing of accounts & prepare simple Profit & Loss statements
- Handle annual external audit requirements
- Perform billing of Maintenance & Subscription fees on a semi-annual and annual basis respectively
- Arrange annual external audit of GCHA accounts and make timely returns to Registrar of Societies
Responsibilities (Admin Matters)
Maintain a complete and up-to-date register of property owners and tenants together with their contact informationEnsure proper communication between the EXCO and residentsMaintain complete files of all internal and external correspondences, both digital and on paperArrange, attend, and take accurate minutes of all EXCO and Sub-Committee meetingsIssue and keep record of access cards within security guidelines, and security passes to regular visitors and workersSkills Required
