Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing staff, handling budgets, and overseeing maintenance and housekeeping. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and continuously improving processes to achieve operational excellence.

• Experience in budget management and financial planning
