Responsibilities
Provide hands-on care, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily needs and treatments. Safely administer prescribed medications and perform necessary medical procedures. Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and other nurses to create, implement, and coordinate patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques for better recovery. Continuously monitor patients' conditions, symptoms, and progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate intervention. Educational & Licensure Requirements
Diploma in Nursing (minimum) or Bachelor of Nursing from an institution recognized by the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB). Must have passed SPM with at least 3 credits Skills and Qualities
Proficiency in medical procedures, patient assessment, and medication administration is crucial. Nurses must be able to assess situations, make sound decisions, and adapt care plans as needed. Accuracy in documenting patient care and administering treatments is vital. The ability to collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals is a core requirement. Job Benefits
