Summary
Alpro Pharmacy is looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join the CEO Office. You will play a pivotal role in connecting data to strategy, enabling growth across departments and business units (BUs), and supporting company-wide transformation through analytics and AI-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain KPI and OKR frameworks across core departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, HR, Finance).
- Support multiple business units (Retail Pharmacy, Clinic Services, Rental Services, E-Commerce) with tailored dashboards and analytics.
- Build and automate interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for real-time decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven strategies linked to corporate objectives.
- Lead or support the design and implementation of AI solutions, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent systems for operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional and BU-level strategic projects, such as outlet performance reviews, product profitability analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Propose and monitor operational system enhancements based on analytical findings.
- Prepare strategic dashboards and presentations for monthly / quarterly CEO and management reviews.
