Recruitment Specialist

As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team, driving end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring we bring the best talent onboard to support our business needs.

Position

Recruitment Specialist (Work in Office Petaling Jaya)

Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments, from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate assessments where required.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards.

Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and recruitment campaigns.

Work closely with HR team members on talent pipeline and workforce planning.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).

Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written & verbal).

Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people and talent development.

Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM
