About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager - Precision Linear Motion Solutions to join our dynamic team at AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. based in Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth within a defined geographical area, promoting our industry-leading precision linear motion solutions.

Fully Remote Role, reporting to GM based in Singapore

Cover Northern Regions

Salary budget up to RM12,000

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them select the best products and solutions to meet their needs
• Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales pipeline
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare detailed reports on progress and performance
