What you'll be doing as a waiter / host

• Greeting and seating customers promptly and courteously
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner
• Serving food and beverages to customers with exceptional attention to detail
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout your shift
• Assisting with side work tasks, such as stocking, side work and end-of-day closing duties
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
