Senior Process Engineer

Overview

Senior Process Engineer role focusing on chemical / process design for oil & gas projects, based in Kuala Lumpur with Dialog Group Berhad.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop process design for EPC projects, including terminals, skids, plant revamps, and debottlenecking
• Produce PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, process datasheets, and sizing calculations (NPSH, hydraulic, line / equipment)
• Lead and participate in HAZOP studies
• Conduct material and heat balance studies
• Perform relief and control valve sizing; develop popping philosophies
• Prepare material selection diagrams and determine requirements for chemicals / solvents / catalysts
• Generate and review equipment and instrument datasheets
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure integrated design delivery
• Prepare pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance test procedures
• Report design progress and manage adherence to schedule
