Sales Executive

Position : Sales Executive

Industry : IT / Software

Working Location : Klang Valley, KL area

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday (9am-1pm)

Salary : Basic + Allowance + High Commission (depends on sales capability)

Job Responsibilities :

• Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives.
• Lead Generation : Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Product Promotion and Branding : Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services.
• Market Research and Analysis : Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. This information is used to refine marketing strategies, develop new products or services, and stay ahead of competitors.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations : Delivering effective sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of the products or services.
• Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitoring sales performance against targets and providing regular reports to management.
• Collaboration and Coordination : Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product development, customer support, and marketing to align sales strategies and ensure smooth operations.
• Market and Competitor Analysis : Keeping up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Continuous Learning and Development : Staying updated with the latest sales and marketing techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
