POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE (SEA / AIR)

LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG

SALARY - RM

Job Description

• interact ocean liners, seaport authorities, haulage companies, vendors to facilitate smooth transaction of all export / import / transhipment by ocean mode.
• Coordinates and respond to all cargo claims issues with customers, liners and port authorities as well as warehouse operator of third party operator.
• Negotiate ocean FCL space allocation for specific account base.
• Maintain effective systems of operations, review and control.
• Implement cost reduction control to increase efficiency and margins.
• Trains develop and motivate team members.
• Maintain and efficient filing system and record keeping.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping and corporate image.
• Provides training and directions to less experienced staff.
• Provide sales support to sales and operations department.
• Able to assist for both air and sea if needed .
• Perform other duties as and when directed.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
