A leading manufacturing multinational corporation. With a multi billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations / Order Management / Order Fulfilment talents. There are junior up to senior positions available across the function.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises a team of associates handling the "Order Fulfilment / Order Management" process through phone, email, and e-commerce channels.
  • Develop and implement the shared services operating model.
  • Create meaningful learning and development experiences for team members.
  • Introduce initiatives that improve performance, KPIs, and outcomes.
  • Oversee systems, processes, and infrastructure for optimization.
  • Partner with the stakeholders on planning and special initiatives.
  • Engage with unit key users to ensure seamless transaction processing
  • Monitor team performance against SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Resolve issues promptly to reduce aging transactions and disputes.
  • Identify performance gaps and deliver coaching or training as needed.
  • Lead and support change initiatives aligned with business direction
  • Ensure operations meet compliance standards and follow best practices.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding to ensure smooth candidate integration.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Supply Chain, or any related professional qualification.
  • Candidates with at least 7 years of experience in people management experience with a sizeable team.
  • Applicants with working experience of SAP ERP system will be prioritized.
  • Applicants with Project Management will be prioritized
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Mandarin communication is a MUST to manage both APAC and US portfolio
  • Leader who is able to empower and strive in a fast-paced environment.
