We are seeking a talented and experienced Editor to join the team at organic magica', a leading digital publishing company based in Kuala Lumpur. As Editor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high quality and consistency of our publications across all platforms. This is a full-time position.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the editorial process for all content, from commissioning and managing writers to proofreading and fact-checking
• Collaborating with the wider content team to set the editorial vision and ensure it is consistently executed
• Identifying and developing new writers, columnists and contributors to expand our pool of talent
• Providing constructive feedback and mentorship to writers to help them improve their skills
• Ensuring all content meets our high standards for accuracy, clarity and engagement
• Working closely with the design team to ensure a cohesive visual and editorial style
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our editorial offerings
