We are seeking for a dynamic Social Media enthusiast to oversee and execute content and campaigns focused on brand positioning, sustainability initiatives, and the employee value proposition (EVP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving social media materials, ensuring they align with the company's visual identity and social media guidelines. This role is crucial in shaping our online presence, enhancing brand reputation, and driving both internal and external engagement through compliant and impactful content.

You'll be responsible for :

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and establish presence on new social media platforms, such as Rednote (XHS) & Tik Tok, to expand the company’s digital reach.
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms relevant to the brand’s objectives.
• To assist in the management of social media community via close monitoring, listening & timely response of comments and oversee our customer service across all social media assets, including monitoring of competitors and / or industry.
• To collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products and corporate initiatives eg Sustainability
• Monitor brand performance metrics (eg. Brand equity, customer perception, campaign ROI etc)

Important to your success :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising / Media, Multimedia, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as we value new perspectives and innovative ideas.

Experience in Creative Design and Copywriting is an added advantage.

Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
