About Our Client : A tourism company operating an Eco resort at Raub, Pahang. The nature of business is Agro / Eco tourism which is surrounded by the nature view of emerald-green grasslands while breathing faint aroma of the king of the fruits. The company staff capacity is well over 50+ people, and the headquarter office is located at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities :

• To oversee and manage all administrative support activities including purchases of office equipment and supplies, transport arrangements, office security and maintenance etc. and ensure office cleanliness.
• To prepare human resource and administration related reports as required by superior.
• To issue Purchase Order to suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers on deliveries related matters, eg. quotation, invoice, credit terms and etc.
• To liaise with auditor and company secretary on all documentations related matters.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
