- Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales support service activities. Prioritize tasks and assign support team to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that customer service agreements are fulfilled.You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities :
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Supervise sales support team and provide adequate coaching / training to ensure consistent quality of support.
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
- Develop and monitor sales performance indicators.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Keep record of sales trends.
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
- Review pending orders and specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Suggest sales support process improvements.To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications :
- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
