Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and account functions of the company.
  • Administrative and office management duties.
  • Manage filing of documents and records.
  • Prepare client invoices and verify supplier invoices.
  • Coordinate on dispatch of documents and courier.
  • Administrative and office management duties.
  • Coordinate and support staff events, gatherings, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • To handle any additional task assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement

  • 1–2 years' relevant experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Language skills : Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with teams from HQ.
