Overview
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of the Danaher family, is dedicated to advancing laboratory science and improving patient lives through world‑class diagnostics. The Call Center Service Coordinator – SEA‑S (Singapore and Malaysia) is a customer‑support position located in Malaysia that will serve customers across the SEA‑S region remotely. This role reports to the Customer Support Manager, SEA.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate various service activities, including Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), Clinical Water System, Biohazard Waste Management System, and Compress Air system, to ensure comprehensive support is provided to clients.
- Identify and connect clients with the Service team and resources to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of Service Contracts, Channel Partner inquiries, and Inventory Management System.
