We’re bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast. And now we’re looking for an Operations Associate to keep our day-to-day running smoothly and support our growth across all three brands.

What you’ll do

• Manage day-to-day operations — Coordinate office supplies, schedules, and internal systems to keep everything running efficiently.
• Support product development — Assist in the refinement of our coding bootcamp courses, AI workflows, and hiring platform.
• Provide admin support — Handle scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping for the management team.
• Ensure quality assurance — Maintain high standards across our programs, operations, and student experiences.
• Automate processes — Collaborate with the tech team to streamline routine tasks with automation.
• Improve workflows — Identify and implement new processes that boost efficiency and productivity.
• Support students & clients — Address inquiries, track progress, and ensure smooth experiences across our platforms.
• Coordinate events — Help organise bootcamp graduations, networking sessions, and partnership activities.
• Assist marketing & social media — Work with the marketing team to repurpose content, support campaigns, and manage templates.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks — Jump into new challenges and projects as needed.
