Overview

Senior Associate - Quality (Contract) – responsible for supporting quality-related activities, data reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoiced information with payment data accurately and timely.
• Interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements through strong analytical skills.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of attention to detail.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Act as primary problem solver for cash and duty shipment discrepancies.
• Create and maintain tracking reports related to country ageing performance.
• Prepare weekly outstanding open item reports in a timely manner.
• Provide support for internal projects, transitions, or centralization efforts.
• Participate in internal and / or external meetings with all stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve queries according to Service Line Agreements.
• Contribute to capturing potential Revenue Leakage for shipments with discrepancies.
• Register relevant data in e-dash to monitor status of work.
• Engage, communicate, and build networks with AR, RTR, Billing, BPO teams.
• Maintain a customer-oriented, process-driven approach and work well under pressure.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player.
