What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with Taiwan HQ team.
- At least 1 year of technical support experience for client devices, servers, and network equipment.
- Essential Knowledge : Windows Desktop OS Personal computer hardware concepts Network : Basic WAN / LAN
- Required Job Skills : Troubleshooting Windows, iOS, Android issues Incident reporting and description Basic operations, management, and installation of Windows operating systems Troubleshooting personal computer hardware issues Basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN, Internet connections and wireless networks
What you'll be doing on the job
Manage daily operations of Microsoft O365, Active Directory (AD), File Server, wireless networks, and other related tasks.Effective communication with clients to accurately understand and address their issues.Establishing a Knowledge Base for technical support.Collaborating with local original manufacturer engineers.Maintain client infrastructure.Provide consulting services to clients and managing client vendors.Report and update cases in the internal system.Assist with the execution of projects.Generate routine maintenance reports.
