About the role
As a Site Supervisor at Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site. Working on a contract basis, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the work of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers, and subcontractors
- Develop and implement site-specific safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all personnel on the construction site
- Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on the status of projects to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies
- Manage the efficient allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and labour
