Penerangan pekerjaanBSc / BA in accounting, finance, Business Administration or relevant field Experience with Quickbooks is a huge plus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, procedures, including IFRS accounting standards Comfortable working in a start-up and fast-paced environment Good computer skills and proactive learner Accurate work and strong affinity for numbers Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Join RPG Commerce as an Accounts Executive to support finance operations in a fast-paced, innovative DTC social e-commerce company.
Your role
Key responsibilities include :
- Month-end closing of accounts including journal preparation (accrual, prepayment), fixed asset maintenance & depreciation, bank reconciliations, and intercompany billing
- Review and preparation of reports for group consolidations
- Preparation and submission of monthly / quarterly VAT / GST reports to relevant authorities within deadlines
- Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain to support Accounts Payable functions
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regional requirements including accounting, taxation, audit, and liaising with external providers for annual statutory audited accounts, income tax reports, and annual returns
- Support supervisor in process improvements and finance projects / initiatives, including communication with stakeholders
- Handle special projects as assigned
