- The incumbent will be in charge of Product Management matters related to Ethical products and manage the Cardiovascular and other related therapeutic areas.
- Plan, organize and implement activities in line with Department marketing objectives, integrating directions from own brands and local requirements through advertising & promotions, product management and trade marketing.
- Support the management of the brands P&L and ensure preset objectives are met through execution of sound marketing strategies & plans.
- Implement approved marketing budget and allocate toward optimizing utilization of funds in raising brand awareness and promoting sell‑through.
- Gather general market trend, market share and competitive information to gauge effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Ensure optimum balance between various marketing activities, such as brand building exercises, education and building strong relationships with key external suppliers / regions.

Advertising & Promotion
Formulate & monitor the implementation of A&P strategies and its effectiveness.Work with agency to ensure reasonable rates paid for POSM.Product Management
Play a strategic role in ensuring range and product selection meets trends and requirements.Monitor brand’s proactive approach towards patient preferences at the local level.Ensure inventory levels are managed within contractual agreements.Conduct financial feasibility studies of promotion activities to align with profit objectives.Lead in new product launches, encompassing product launch plan, timetable, pricing, roll‑out timing, sample preparation, POSM support, display standards, etc., to be executed by sales and finance teams.Functional Skills And Knowledge
Specialization in healthcare – pharmaceuticals preferred.Strong understanding of client industry / business / products, and client management and communication skills.Proven project management skills.Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods.Appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities in cross‑country interactions.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Proficiencies in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Pharmacy.5–8 years of experience in related areas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
