Job Description :

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating high-level business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. You will be responsible for a data-driven approach to improving business processes and driving key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flowcharts.
• Conduct gap analysis on existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive business dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Present data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
