Penerangan pekerjaanLead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of innovative company events (both virtual and in-person). Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, sponsors, and media. Manage and execute PR initiatives : drafting press releases, handling media relations, and pitching impactful stories. Monitor media coverage (PR listening) and online mentions, providing regular updates and insights to the team. Conduct strategic analysis of competitors, including their events, PR activities, and brand positioning, to identify industry trends and new opportunities. Oversee budget management, vendor coordination, and ensure smooth project delivery on tight timelines. Measure and report on the effectiveness of events and PR activities, using data-driven insights to improve future campaigns. Enhance attendee and media engagement before, during, and after events. Contribute to other marketing projects that help amplify our brand presence and meet business goals. With 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally focused on events, PR, or communications. Experience monitoring media trends, news coverage, and social conversations. Analytical mindset : comfortable interpreting media and competitor data to inform strategy. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects. Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas to the table. A strong team player, eager to collaborate and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
