Financial Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Responsibilities

Analyze past results (weekly and monthly), perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Create financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting / forecasting tools. Work closely with stakeholders to improve their department's performance. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform budgeting and rolling forecast of company's / department's performance. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field Relevant Experience & Years of Service

1-2 years experience in the financial industry Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies

Proficiency with databases, and financial software applications Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong analytical mind Attention to accuracy and detail required Application Questions
