Theincumbentwilloverseeanddriveourmarketingstrategyacrossdiverseinternationalmarkets.Youwillworkcloselywithlocalmarketingteamsacrossdifferentcountriestoensureconsistent,impactfulcampaignsthatalignwithourbusinessandstoreexpansionplans.Inthisrole,you’llbeatthecenterofstrategizing,conceptualizing,andexecutingmarketinginitiatives,fromstoregrandopeningstolarge-scalepromotionalcampaigns.You’llalsoplayacriticalroleinsettingupmarketingfunctionsinnewmarkets,fosteringcollaborationbetweencountries,andensuringknowledge-sharingandbestpracticesflowseamlesslyacrossteams.
Key Responsibilities
- OverseetheGlobalMarketingteamandcollaboratewithlocalmarketingteamsacrossinternationalmarkets,includingbutnotlimitedtoThailand,Indonesia,thePhilippines,India,Vietnam,Cambodia,Bangladesh,Turkey,Spain,Poland,andSouthAfrica.
- Buildstrongrelationshipswithcountrymarketingteamsandpartnerwiththemtostrategize,conceptualize,develop,andexecutemarketingplans,includingadvertisingstrategies,storegrandopenings,andpromotionalcampaignsalignedwithbusinessandexpansiongoals.
- Facilitatecontinuousknowledge-sharingandbestpracticesexchangebetweenmarkets.
- Leadthesetupofmarketingdepartmentsinnewcountries,fromrecruitinglocalmarketingtalenttosupportingthefirststoreopeningineachmarket.
- Overseeday-to-daycommunicationwithlocalteams,ensuringtimelyexecutionofmarketingactivitiesandachievementofsettargets.
- Conductmonthlyreportingandperformancereviewswithlocalmarketingteams,coveringcampaignresults,budgetutilization,andareasforimprovement.
