Responsibilities
- Contacting salesman over the phone, WhatsApp or via email, process detailed Sales Orders for the company.
- Maintaining proper records of sales transactions and for filing.
Skills and requirements
Language : Excellent interpersonal communication and must be able to speak Mandarin; candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Time management : Excellent time management and professional conduct.Technical skills : Must be tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Auto Count Accounting system and general computer skills.Education and experience : At least a diploma holder with a minimum one-year related working experience in invoicing.Logistics : Able to commute to work.Start date : Can start work within 4 weeks.Training : On-the-job training.Working days : Only 5 working days per week (Mon-Fri).Career development : Career development in a dynamic fast-growing company.Salary : Starting basic salary RM2,500.00 to RM3,000.00 (Depends on your work experience).Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
