Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Financial Controller (FC) / Group Accountant / Accounts Executives - Listed and Non-Listed (PLC and Non-PLC) Development & Construction Group

Armani Group in the development and construction sector is seeking seasoned Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Financial Controllers (FC), Group Accountants and Accounts Executives to join its leadership team. This appointment is critical to the company's growth trajectory, capital market strategies, and continued success as a trusted industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to the Board and senior management.
  • Oversee financial management across accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Bursa Malaysia / international listing regulations and reporting standards.
  • Lead capital structuring, fund-raising initiatives, and investor relations.
  • Drive corporate governance, internal control, and risk management frameworks.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' senior financial leadership experience, ideally within construction, property, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in a publicly listed environment.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent) for CFO, FC
  • Strong command of corporate finance, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to balance operational rigor and strategic vision.
