We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join us.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Financial Reporting :

Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reviewing financial statements and providing analysis to senior management on financial performance, variances, and trends.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded correctly in the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

Managing and ensuring the smooth and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial periods.

Assisting in preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring budget performance to ensure financial objectives are met.

Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Coordinating with tax accountants to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including handling indirect taxes, corporate taxes, and other tax-related responsibilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies. Provide financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
