Job Description

• Oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Africa operation.
• Manage and optimize cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with operational needs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the local accounting and finance team.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful CFO Should Have

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications.
• Strong leadership and management skills to guide the finance team effectively.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to relocate to Africa
