E-Commerce Executive

Our company is headquartered in Hong Kong and primarily operates in the e-commerce sector. We specialize in selling branded electronic items to customers in the US, UK, and EU through our own websites. As one of the leading e-commerce sellers from Hong Kong, we consistently achieve multi-8-figure USD sales annually. To facilitate this expansion, we are in the process of assembling a dedicated team to manage our presence on the platforms.

Job Highlights

• Manage and monitor Google Ads Account
• Analyze and review pricing strategy
• Utilize ad tools to maximize sales performance effectively
• Website Operations
• Manage and monitor sales performance on daily basis
• Conduct and present KPI report on weekly basis
• Responsible for weekly operations include promotion rules set up on backend system and Google Promotion set up
• Analyze and review product performance with regular reporting
• Monitor competitors’ strategy closely and review products in different perspectives
• To maintain and keep track of all P&L aspect of the products and ensure our pricing rules / profit margin are within the recommended guidelines
• Review and monitor overall sales performance and optimize marketing cost usage
• Adapt and test new functions on Google Ads to maximize customer base
• Utilize different set of tools such as Google Merchant Center, Analytics and Shopping to cross check products, pricings, platform marketing and performances

Other General Duties

Work closely with the Sales team and different function units including Business Analytics & Strategy team, Marketing team, Merchandizing team, Logistics team and Customer Service team to ensure smooth consumer experiences on website.

We are seeking candidates that are fluent in English and Mandarin / Cantonese – written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients / stakeholders.
