Sales Executive / Customer Representative

Penerangan pekerjaanIdentify and establish new business opportunities in the Penang region. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned outlets. Collaborate with distributors and wholesalers to optimize the distribution network. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, and submission to account department. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting achievements and areas of improvement. Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability. Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to local regulations and company policies. Stay updated with changes in tobacco-related legislation in Malaysia. Ensure maintenance and safety of van / truck and products. Min with SPM / SPTM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degreein Business Marketing or equivalent. Min 2 years of working experience in sales managerial role, preferably in Tobacco industry. Required language : English, Malay. Knowledge in driving Van (GDL license) Basic + Commission Monthly allowance Medical claim and maternity / paternity leave Yearly performance bonus provided Opportunity for promotion Promote and sell products in retail stores within the assigned territory according to the sales targets and strategies provided by the company (travel by driving van). Maintain and enhance business relationships with retail stores, including regular visits, product training, and sales support. Manage daily sales activities and customer interactions to achieve sales targets. Gather market and customer feedback, communicating it back to the company to help refine products and sales strategies. Consistent and regular achievements of monthly sales KPI. Min with SPM / STPM and relevant experiencesin Business / Sales / Marketing or equivalent field. Excellent sales techniques Required language : English, Malay. Knowledge in driving Van (GDL license)
