Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and execute strategic plans to grow market share for a range of industrial products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries and regions. Act as the go-to expert for product knowledge, supporting colleagues and clients with technical insights. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver pre-sales and post-sales support. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Mentor and support the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide regular sales reports and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial or engineering sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and solve problems. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
