Sales Manager to be based in Malaysia

Role Overview
To provide supporting leadership role for SBUM by taking an active role in the mentoring and coaching of sales team members in achieving profitable sales growth. Additionally, to develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) relationships within assigned territory.
What will you be doing?
- Overall management of assigned territory and support for other team members.
- Participate in the sales budgeting process to achieve revenue objectives.
- New account development and territory planning / restructuring.
- Assist Marketing in new product launches and existing product positioning.
- Provide feedback on business processes related to sales activities.
- Provide technical and sales training to sales personnel.
- Coach, guide, and conduct performance evaluations with direct reports.
- Execute tasks for ‘Sales Force Effectiveness’ (e.g., call plan, customer classification).
- Establish relationships with Strategic Accounts and Lead HCPs.
- Identify, qualify, and solicit new accounts in accordance with Company goals.
- Develop and implement account and HCP strategies and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain high-level knowledge of product range, roadmaps, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Continuously develop product and technique knowledge and selling skills of the team.
- Ensure marketing activities are implemented and followed up within the assigned market.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly business reporting and annual budgeting processes.
- Improve overall effectiveness and optimization of business processes.
- Ensure team completeness of compliance training and enforcement of company and industry regulations.
- Other tasks and business-related projects may be assigned from time to time.
What will you need to be successful?
Above 5 years’ experience in healthcare / medical device sales management.2-3 years in a sales management position.Ability to present financial information.Proven track record in sales management.You.
