Business Development Director (Manager) - Group & Digital Affinity

Executes sales strategy and activities to achieve target for GMBIS Executes business plan and strategies in order to achieve the assigned sales target for Group Multiple Benefits Insurance Scheme (GMBIS). Achieve sales targets through personal selling; company visitations and developing relationships with prospects. Actively involved in Business Presentation to potential clients and Corporate Clients to solicit for new business. Builds and maintains relationship with agent / broker / intermediary / business partner to solicit for business opportunities and productivity. Work closely with agency force to prioritize and maximize agency business growth Designs sales campaigns / challenges to optimize productivities. Collaborates with internal stakeholder such as Group Admin, Claims, Actuarial, and others departments on business related issues. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlights any potential concerns / risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. We are looking for people with Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and / or related Possess minimum 5 years of sales experience in Insurance / Banking industry Strong interpersonal skill and able to connect to mass market Excellent communication and relationship management skills Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently Willing to learn and adapt to challenging environment Willing to travel. Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English language will be advantage. High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
