Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns.
- Contribute to designing and producing engaging social media posts, visuals, graphics, and short videos to highlight employee experiences, workplace culture, and company initiatives.
- Suggest fresh content ideas, social media trends, and creative strategies to boost engagement.
- Assist in organizing, coordinating, and promoting career-related or branding events (e.g., career fairs, campus outreach, internal campaigns).
- Provide general support for other ad-hoc projects or assignments as required to support the team's overall objectives.
